Auto-Recharge

Set up automatic balance recharge to ensure your API calls never fail due to insufficient funds.

How it works:

  1. Choose your recharge amount (minimum $10.00)
  2. When balance falls below threshold, automatic recharge occurs

Minimum Balance Trigger: Your account must have enough balance to process the next request. For E-signature documents, you need at least $2.08 ($0.08 for document generation + $2.00 for E-sign). For document generation only, you need at least $0.08.

Billing Details

You are charged immediately when your API call is successfully processed. Failed API calls due to validation errors are not charged. Each successful document generation costs $0.08, and e-signature documents cost $2.00.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Due to the nature of API services, we generally do not offer refunds for consumed credits. However, if you experience technical issues on our end, please contact support for assistance.
New accounts receive a small initial balance to test the API. This allows you to explore features and integrate the API before adding payment methods.
